Description
PTFE Teflon Hose
The PTFE hose is also known as teflon hose. There is no difference among them. Short commercial name of polytetrafluoroethylene (P.T.F.E) is teflon. The hose comes covered with stainless steel wires to protect it from damage during transportation, abrasion, external elements that can damage the hose. Added wire braiding enables the hose pipe to withstand pressure.
PTFE hose due to its properties has a vast usage and acceptance. The hose stands out due to the following:
- Excellent Chemical Resistance
- Non Contamination / Non Stick Surface
- Low Coefficient of Friction & Resists Deterioration
These capabilities makes the hose stand. The major thing you should be concerned with is fittings. The usefulness of the hose pipe depends largely on the fittings. The entire assembly therefore needs to be up to the mark. We have been assemblers of hoses since 1997. With experience and technical know how, we ensure you leak proof fittings. You can test it across any lab.
Be it any type of fittings, we can do it for you. Our facility can crimp up to 4″ R2 hose. Please mention the details of end fittings if required on the hose while placing the order. If you cannot find your options, email us your requirement and we will send you a quote from our side.
